Billie Louise Lewis

Billie Louise Lewis, 85, of Beaumont, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015. She was a member of Freeway Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling with her husband. She kept a very clean house and enjoyed yardwork and planting flowers. She enjoyed watching Dr. Charles Stanley on television. She was a loving mother and sister. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton L. Lewis and parents, Clyde and Johnie Mae Roberts. She is survived by her sons, Don Lewis and wife Sandra of Livingston, Brad Lewis and wife Marilyn of Sour Lake and Scott Lewis and wife Nannette of Kountze; sister, Linda White and husband Max of Beaumont; brother, Dr. Bob Roberts and wife Gaye of Tyler; grandchildren, Donald Lewis, Jr., Becky Gazaway, Douglas Lewis, Jeffry Lewis, Daniel Lewis, Elizabeth Lewis, Christopher Lewis and Gregory Lewis; great grandchildren, Zachary Lewis, Jason Gazaway, Jenna Gazaway, Ty Gazaway, Nathaniel Lewis, Katie Lewis, Rowan Lewis and Riley Lewis and a host of nephews and nieces. Her family will receive friends at Lumberton Family Funeral Home on Friday, September 11, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Lumberton Family Funeral Home, officiated by Dr. Bob Roberts. Interment will follow at Big Sandy Cemetery in Dallardsville. Serving as pallbearers will be Don Lewis, Jr., Doug Lewis, Christopher Lewis, Greg Lewis, Jeffry Lewis and Daniel Lewis.
