Anna and I worked with your grandmother at the Nederland Grammar School which became Central Middle School. We dearly loved her.
Your Mother was still in school when we first knew about her. Didn't really know her that well, heard interesting stories about her and then more interesting about you boys.
Remember your Grandmother telling about one of you boys and the trains. One of you was spending the night with her, you heard a train, nothing would do but that she take you out side to watch the train as it rumbled past. Then you said something like, "I think I hear another one a coming." She dearly loved you boys and likely spoiled your unmercifully. A grandparents "job!"
Last saw your Mother at visitation for your Grandmother. Your Mom was a beautiful and gracious lady.

Dear Wanda Jo,
What is there to say? You will be missed.
We had some great times together and I count you as one of my closest friends. I treasure the time you, Luana and I spent together ... opting to spend time together rather than go to the 40th reunion. It's a wonderful memory.
We shared laughter and tears and you will always hold a special place in my heart.
