Jerry Eugene Oelsen, born to Ormand and Helen Oelsen on March 29, 1943, formerly from Blytheville, Arkansas moved to Beaumont, TX in 1981. He leaves behind his wife, Sharron Oelsen; Daughters and Son-in-laws Melinda & Hadley Cohen, Sheila & Steward Ellison, Lisa & Sean Johnson; granchildren Ryne Cohen, Lauren Danishmund, Christine Cohen, Jonathan Ralph, and Casey Walker; and Great Grandson, Kobee Cohen; three brothers, Wesley Oelsen, Ronnie Oelsen, and Stanley Oelsen; two sisters Jean Godsey and Debbie Nekola.
Jerry loved his family, fishing, and old movies, especially Clint Eastwood. He was a carpenter by trade and worked for Conns Appliances the last 10 years until his retirement.
