I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing away. He is the Grandfather of my nephews Kelley L and R. Layne Osburn. May God be with you all during your time of sorrow. Momma Doris, I love you.

Our hearts are heavy and our tears are many. We share your loss and grief over the loss of our beloved Uncle Frank .His honor,humor,and love are unmatched.by anyone anywhere. We will never forget him for taking us all in during the trials and tribulations of the hurricanes. God needed another angel and he got one with Uncle Frank. I love you all with all the love in my heart.

I will miss Uncle Frank dearly. He was one of the greatest men I know. I will miss his stories. We all know he is in a better place. He will sure be missed by many.
