Yvonne Marie Combs

Yvonne Marie Combs, age 69, of Vidor, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2022. She was born in Port Arthur, on May 28, 1953 to Olise and Lula Hulin.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Brandie McDonald and husband, James of Vidor; step-daughters, Heather Combs of Vidor, and Heidi Combs of Vidor; brothers, Rodney Hulin, and Kenneth Hulin and wife, Brenda; sister, Leona Rogers and husband, Steve; brother-in-law, Dan Billott; grandchildren, Naomie Journeay and husband, James, of Mauriceville, Landon Hyde of Orange, Marissa Hyde of Vidor, Brooke Hyde of Vidor, and Jacob Mitchell of Vidor; great-grandchildren, Halstyn and Saywer; and a host of extended family, friends, and loved ones.

Preceding Yvonne in death are her parents; first husband, David Stephens; second husband, Johnie Combs; sisters, Susie Billott and Stella Alford; and grandson, Cameron Mitchell.

A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Maplecrest Baptist Church. Yvonne’s life honoring memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. following the visitation with Bro. David Valleau officiating.
