William Allen Perkins

William Allen Perkins, 69, of Spurger, Texas passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018.  Bill was born on March 7, 1949 to Jim Bob and Hazel Perkins in Houston, Texas.  Bill served his country honorably and faithfully in the U.S. Navy.  Bill married the love of his life, Adeline Briggs, on July 16, 1969; they were married for over 48 years. 

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Jim Bob and Hazel Tunnell Perkins; two brothers, James and Wayne Perkins; and a sister, Ira Lee Jensen.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Adeline Perkins; two daughters, Candace Michelle Roth, and husband, Thomas “Peanut” Roth, and Misti Ann Crosby, and daughter-in-law, Brandi Vice; grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Sirmons, “DJ” Danny Lee Sirmons, Jr., William James Crosby, Mercedes Roth, and Zack Roth, as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Honey Island Assembly of God located at 9097 FM 1293 Rd., Kountze, TX 77625.  Life Honoring Services will follow immediately at the Church.  Interment will be at William Hart Cemetery, Providence Rd., Kountze, Texas shortly after the services.
