Susan L. McCormick

Susan L. McCormick, 72, of Vidor, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. She was born on September 26, 1953, in Houston, TX.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Marvin Marshall of Vidor, Bryan Downs and wife, Sandra of Bridge City, and her “favorite son”, Beans; sister, Melody; grandchildren, Tayelor, Haley, Jordan, Breyanna, Zachary, Jorgan, Knox, Jaax, Sarah and Christopher; great-grandchildren, Josie, Addyson, Mattilynn, Ezra, and Elena; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and loved ones.

Preceding Susan in death is her husband, Charles McCormick; parents, Clifton Williams Sr. and Lettie Price; daughter, Traci Downs; brother, Clifton Lee Williams Jr.; and sisters, Lana and Mary.

Visitation for family and friends will be Monday, July 27, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Lumberton Family Funeral Home, 766 S Main St. Lumberton, TX 77657. Susan’s life honoring funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 27, 2026, at Lumberton Family Funeral Home, 766 S Main St. Lumberton, TX 77657. Interment will follow.
