Spence Paul Richard

Spence Richard, a beloved father, pop, son, brother, and friend passed unexpectedly on August 27th, 2021, at the age 49.

Spence was born in Port Arthur, Texas on December 13th, 1971, to Julie and Kenneth Richard. Spence is preceded in death by his father Kenneth Richard. He is survived by his mother Julie, his stepmother Cathy, his children; Michael, Kolbi, and Bayli Richard. His daughter-in-law Jerrica Richard, his granddaughters; Hadleigh, and Kynzleigh Richard, and his brothers; Kirk, Chad, Shannon, and Chance Richard.

Spence was a long-time resident of Lumberton, TX and worked as an electrical designer at Alliance in Beaumont, Texas. In his free time, he enjoyed relaxing on his boat, fishing, cooking crawfish, gumbo, and spaghetti with his family and many friends. He loved taking vacations to Utah to spend time with his cousins, and cruising around the world. Spence was a devoted father, a wonderful Pop, and an amazingly friend. He loved joking around, being silly, and talking about Star Wars. He will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Spence’s life honoring memorial service will be held on Monday September 13th, 2021, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Lumberton Family Funeral Home, 766 S Main Street. Lumberton, TX 77657
