Shirley Ruth Guillory

Shirley Ruth Guillory, age 80, of Kountze, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2022. She was born in Beaumont, TX, on August 04, 1942 to Henry “Red” Tanner and Mary McCormack Tanner.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Darla Guillory Wright and husband, Albert “Bert” of Kountze, TX; sons, Paul Guillory and wife, Aileen, of El Dorado Hills, CA and James Guillory of Lumberton, TX; sisters, Mary P. Vincent of Silsbee, TX and Catherine Trahan of Orange, TX; grandchildren, Jaquelyn Stark and husband, Shane, of Kountze, TX, Gaige Guillory of San Francisco, CA, Peytn Guillory of Lumberton, TX, Reese Guillory of Kountze, TX, and Britton Guillory of Silsbee, TX; great-grandchildren, Hunter and Hudson Stark of Kountze; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.

Preceding Shirley in death are her parents; husband, Raymond Guillory; daughter, Melissa Guillory .

Serving as pallbearers will be Danny Guillory, Joe Guillory, Robert Guillory, Shane Stark, Hudson Stark, Hunter Stark, and Paul Guillory.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Lumberton Family Funeral Home. Shirley’s life honoring funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2022 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Infant Jesus Catholic Church with Father Andy officiating. Interment will be following funeral at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
