Ronny LeBeouf Obituary

Mr. Ronald "Ronny" David LeBeouf, 62, of Vidor, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021. Ronny was born in Orange on September 21, 1959, to Adair Joseph LeBeouf and Cleo Charlene (Hilliard) Conger.

Ronny was one of those people you referred to as a truly great guy, the kind who would do anything for anyone. Spending most of his life on the water, Ronny was a shrimper by trade and truly loved both his job and the water. A dedicated and loving provider for his family, Ronny was not only special to his family, but loved them more than anything else in his life. Ronny and Vickie met when she was just 6 years-old and he was working for her father at the time; many years later Ronny and Vickie were married and spent more than 15 years married and more than 18 together. When not working, Ronny had a few hobbies he was passionate about, namely traveling anywhere and everywhere he could and working on whatever Camero he had in the garage. He filled many roles for many people over the course of his life, but one of his favorites was being Pawpaw. A great grandfather, Ronny was the kind of Pawpaw that truly “hung the moon” in the eyes of his grandbabies.

Determination was a constant theme in Ronny’s life; Ronny spent the last five years showing his family just how strong he was as he fought cancer with a strength that inspires all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by all those who loved him most and will not soon be forgotten.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Vickie R. LeBeouf; his mother, Cleo Charlene (Hilliard) Conger; his children, Ronny Adam LeBeouf and wife Katie of North Carolina and Jessica Rae Lacaze and husband Beau of Vidor; his step-children, Carl Brandon Perault and wife Anita of Sevierville, TN and Chasidy Bohanan and husband Jeremy; his brothers, Danny LeBeouf and wife Jackie, and Steve LeBeouf; his siters, Cathy Larken and Tammy Coffey; his grandchildren, Logan, Karson, Cadence, Kaylee, Lilliana, Lyla, Lucas, and Liam; as well as Shay Loveleace with Riceland Hospice who was like family, and numerous friends and extended family through the years.

Ronny was preceded in death by his father, Adair Joseph LeBeouf; and his brother, Timothy LeBeouf.

Ronny's life honoring memorial service will be held on Monday, December 27, 2021, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Lumberton Family Funeral Home.
