Roger Ebach Obituary

Roger Lee Ebach, born on April 14, 1959, in North Dakota, peacefully passed away on May 18, 2024, in Beaumont, Texas.

Roger found joy in spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, and engaging in a friendly game of poker. Known for his ability to make friends easily and his endless supply of dad jokes, he also cherished moments relaxing on the back porch with a cup of coffee. Roger possessed a remarkable talent for fixing anything that was broken and preferred tackling challenges himself rather than seeking outside help.

His mother held a special place in his heart, being his best friend and the recipient of his deepest affection. Roger’s advice to his children emphasized the importance of relying on personal knowledge over hearsay. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his former wife, Connie Ebach of Devils Lake, ND; his son, Brannon Hanson and his wife Denise of Lumberton, TX, son, William “Billy” Ebach of Devils Lake, ND; daughter Kayla Ebach of Devils Lake, ND; son Bradden Davis of Beaumont; daughter Bella Davis of Devils Lake, ND; as well as seven grandchildren and one great-grandson. Additionally, Roger is survived by his brothers, Ray Ebach of Spokane, WA, Robert Ebach and his wife Sharon, his sister Diane Yri and her husband Jim of Minnewauken, ND, his Aunt Shirley Major from Greencastle Indiana, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.

Roger is preceded in death by his cherished mother, Mary Agatha Parker, his father Linus Ebach, his stepfather Bill Parker and his beloved brother David Ebach.

A memorial service honoring Roger Ebach, 65, of Beaumont, TX, will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Lumberton Family Funeral Home.
