Richard Herbert Spirk, age 80, passed away on June 11, 2021. Richard was born on December 4, 1940 to John C. Spirk Sr. and Virginia Mae Bell.

Left to honor his memory is his wife, Lelia M. Spirk; his son, Steven E. Spirk and wife Vicki of Lumberton; his daughters, Sherry L. Spirk, Patty Kelley and husband Bill of Lumberton; his grandchildren, Heather A. Sarver and spouse Corey of Orange, Travis S. Kelley and spouse Jenna of Lumberton, Koleton L. Spirk of Pineville, LA, Morgan B. Kelley of Lumberton, Konner O. Spirk of Vidor, Karly A. Summerlin of Manhattan, NY, Reid S. Manley of Groves; great-grandchildren, Elora C. Kelley, Blayne A. Kelley, and Kyler Sarver.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, John and Virginia Spirk; his brother, Jack Spirk; his friend, Sonny Middleton; and his mother and father in law, Doris and Ora Horton.

Richard’s life honoring visitation will be Thursday, June 17, 2021, from 5:00p.m to 7:00 p.m., at Lumberton Family Funeral Home, 766 S. Main St. Lumberton, TX.
