Peggy Anna Breaux

Peggy Anna Breaux, age 75, ended her journey on Earth, Tuesday, October 8, 2024. She was born on December 6, 1948, to Dunes George and Ruby Racca Thompson.

Leaving a legacy of quiet strength and boundless talent, Peggy passed from this life surrounded by loved ones. A gentle soul, she never voiced a complaint or harsh word. She possessed a remarkable gift for sewing and needlework, replicating any design she studied with precision and skill. Fortune always seemed to favor her; she often won prizes, games, and contests just by gracing events with her presence. With an exceptional memory and a keen love for cinema, Peggy was both intellectually sharp and creatively enriched. She was a devoted caretaker, devotedly raising her son and grandson, beloved by her nieces and nephews, and cherished by all her siblings. Peggy's easygoing nature and unwavering support will be deeply missed by those who were blessed to know her.

Left to honor her memory is her son, Alvin Joey Breaux, III and wife, Raquel; brother, Wayln Thompson and wife, Lisa; sisters, Esther Keith and Darline Davis; grandchildren, Chass Breaux and Willow Breaux; nieces and nephews, Johnnie Faulk, George Faulk, Billy Faulk, Laurie Collida, Robert Davis, Summer Pritchett, Autumn Minton, Raymond Ceballos, Melisa Fountain, Christina Mueller, and Gehrig George Thomas; sisters-in-law, Belinda Breaux and husband, Robert, and Candace Burnett; and a host of extended family, friends, and loved ones.

Preceding Peggy in death is her beloved husband, Alvin J. Breaux, II and her parents.

A life honoring memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 14, 2024, at Fairview Cemetery, 213 Fairview Cemetary Dr., Winnie, TX, with Belinda Breaux officiating.
