Pamela Schultz Jagneaux Obituary

Pamela Jean Schultz Jagneaux, age 75, of Beaumont, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. She was born on December 9, 1950, in Houston, TX.

A woman whose heart seemed to have room for the whole world, to know Pam was to be welcomed and cared for. She never met a stranger, and if you happened to be one, it didn’t last long. Her gift was connecting with folks and rooted in a deep desire to know people and love them well. Pam invested herself fully in her relationships. She poured herself into others with sincerity and without pretense. Pam said what was on her heart, she meant what she said, and she never felt the need to be anything other than exactly who she was, honest and steady. Her faith was the foundation of her life, and she lived it. She loved going to church and fellowshipping. She had a special joy when she was with her grandchildren and “Nanny” was a title she cherished more than any other. Pam and her husband, Alan, shared 48 years of marriage and together they raised three children. Pam wanted to be remembered for her faith and her family, and she will be. But she will also be remembered for the way she made people feel, valued and loved. Those who knew her will carry her memory with them always.

Left to cherish her memory are sons, Kenneth Turner and wife, Edwina, and Timothy Whitmire; daughter, Alyssa Bruzzese and husband, Anthony; brother, Leroy David Schultz Jr.; sisters, Linda Thornton, Beverly Bolanos and husband, Guadalupe, and Paula Roldan and husband, Michael; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Stewart and husband, Matt, Kent Turner and wife, Jamie, Austin Turner and wife, Kendall, Darrell Whitmire, Harmony Whitmire, Stormi Justice, Trista Goodman and husband, Paul, Brooks Bruzzese, River Bruzzese, and Beckett Bruzzese; great grandchildren, Khloe, Braxton, Taylen, Madison, Ryan, Myles, Mason, Iris, Tucker, Dawson, and Jensen; and a host of extended family, church family, friends, and loved ones.

Preceding Pamela in death is her husband, Alan Wayne Whitmire; father, Leroy David Schultz; mother, Mary Hegwood Gillit and husband, Charles; and sisters, Sharon Bruce and Amy Inglish.
