Martha Sue Marshall

Martha Sue Marshall, age 66, of Lumberton, passed away on Saturday, September 21 2024. She was born in Houma, LA, on June 4, 1958, to Howard and Sarah Widner Harris.

Kind and tender, she would neglect herself to take care of others. Martha was an angel, devoted to her family, with each relationship being special and meaningful. She was proud of her son; he was the light of her heart. Through any struggle or trial, there was one constant for Martha, love. Her memory will forever live on in the lives she touched.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Micheal Keith Harris and significant other, Miranda Hayes; sister, Sandra "Sissy" McKinnon and husband, David Hendrix; nephew, James Eric Day and significant other, Renee Irle; and niece, Siera Alexis Day and partner, Marlee Lewis; aunt, Ethel Sue Bernier; cousins, Flint Nelson, Garfield Nelson, Jody Nelson, and Nathan Nelson.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents.
