Laurie Charnetski McCord

Laurie Ann McCord, age 63, of Port Neches, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023. She was born in Falfurrias, TX, on April 14, 1960, to David Lee Charnetski and Virginia Dare Cloud. 

Left to honor her memory are her son, Daniel Lindow and wife, Amanda; daughter, Brittney Steinkamp and husband, Cody; father, David Charnetski and wife, Joan; sister and best friend, Stacey Marler and husband, Larry; step-children, Kevin McCord and wife, Stephanie, Alison McCord Ousterhout, Tyler McCord and wife, Monica; 14 grandchildren; her work family, especially her dearest friends Jamie, and McDuffy, and extended family friends and loved ones.

Preceding her in death is her husband, Bruce Lee McCord Jr.; her mother, and sister, Tammy Ray.

Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Lumberton Family Funeral Home. Laurie’s life honoring funeral service will be Saturday, September 9, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m., also at the funeral home, with Bro. Larry Marlor officiating.
