Kent David Blum

Kent David Blum, age 60, of Port Bolivar, TX, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. He was born on January 27, 1964, in Groves, TX, to his parents, Pat C. “Sonny” Blum and Barbara “Bobbie” Blanchard Blum.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Marilyn Blum of Port Bolivar, TX; step-daughter, Jennifer Clarke of Nederland, TX; step-son, Philip Richard and wife, Kristin, of Orangefield, TX; brother, Mark Blum and wife, Karen, of Groves, TX; brother-in-law, Darrel Wallace and wife, Betty Kay, of Bridge City, TX; grandchildren, Aidan and Ryleigh Clark of Nederland, TX, and Sterling and Larsen Richard of Orangefield, TX; nieces, Megean Blum of Gaithersburg, MA, Kaleigh Wallace Allen and husband, Chris, of Montgomery, TX, and Monica Biggs of Austin, TX; nephews, Kevin Blum and wife, Megan, and daughter Penny of Katy, TX, Dustin Wallace of Bridge City, TX, Jacob Wright and Joe Langston both of West Orange, TX; as well as several great nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death are his parents; father and mother-in-law, Robert H. Wallace and Imogene M. Wallace of Bridge City, TX; and sister-in-law, Darla Wallace of West Orange, TX.

Cremation services have been entrusted to Lumberton Family Funeral Home.
