Kenneth Carl Barrington

Kenneth Carl Barrington, age 78, of Kountze, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. He was born on February 8, 1947, in Beaumont, TX.

Left to cherish his memory are sons, Jake Barrington and wife, Marquis, and Grant Barrington; daughters, Eugenia Brotherton and husband, Greg, and Amber Buchanan and husband, Holt; sisters, Gail Jones and husband, Brad, and Bonnie Lawson and husband, Harold; grandchildren, Daniel, Jesse, Joshua, and wife, Delaney, Joyce, Jane, Holt Kyle, Brody, Jack, Walker, and Slade; best friend, Scott Townsend; wife of 30 years, Pamela Barrington; and a host of many other family members, friends, and loved ones.

Preceding Ken in passing are his parents, Sam and Helen Chafin Barrington; and sister, Sue Ellen Barrington.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Hospice Care Team, specifically his nurse, Leigh Tyler, and CNA, Deedra, for their amazing care and support during this time, as well as his care givers, Adaluz and Carmen, who treated him like family.

Life honoring memorial services will be Saturday, October 4, 2025, beginning at 4:30 p.m., at Lumberton Family Funeral Home.
