Kathy Boyd

Kathy Boyd, 64, of Orange, Texas passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018.  Kathy was born in South Carolina on October 20, 1953 to Frampton and Kathleen Boyd.  Kathy was a good, kind-hearted, generous mother, grandmother, and great grandmother; she truly loved her family.  She loved everyone and wanted only the best for them.  Kathy enjoyed her flowers and her gardens.  She liked to keep things light, and she had a great sense of humor.  Whenever her grandkids came to see her, they would say “where’s my candy, Maw Maw?”, she would laugh, but sure enough, she would have some.  She liked to laugh and to make others laugh too. Kathy will be missed by those who were blessed to know her.

Kathy is survived by her children, Wayne Seamon, and wife, Beverly, Sandy Seamon, Ricky Seamon, and wife, Cynthia, and Kathleen Henry, and husband, Clayton; grandchildren, Matthew Seamon, Julia Seamon, Janie Trahan, Ryan Seamon, and Lily Seamon; great grandchildren, Savannah, and Keelie; a sister, Joann Boyd; nephews, Joseph Bridges, Adam Bridges, and Steven Hopson; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The Family will receive friends on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. in the Chapel at Lumberton Family Funeral Home.  Graveside Services will be held at 2:00p.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018 in the mausoleum at Restlawn Memorial Park, 2725 N. Main St., Vidor, Texas 77662.
