Junious "Sonny" Couch

Junious “Sonny” Couch III, age 50, passed from this life on June 25, 2019. He was born on April 7, 1969 in Beaumont, TX to Junious Morgan Couch II and Alice Marie.

“Sonny” had the biggest heart of gold and would happily give the shirt off of his back to help someone, regardless of his own present situation. His symbol to all who knew him was “much love and peace”. He was a broken soul, but that didn’t stop his giving nature nor did it dampen his fiery love of God. He was known to some as “psycho Sonny”, but he was known to all as a gentle friend and an avid lover of dogs,especially his Jack Russell Terrier that he had raised for years. His family will miss him dearly, but they find rest in knowing his broken soul has finally been made whole.

Left to honor his memory is his sister, Therese Kubala; step-brothers, Travis, Jerry, Tony and Steven; Half brother, Todd Franklin and wife, Betty; niece and nephew, Morgan and Zach; aunt, Glenda Couch Boe and husband, Ralph; and many extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and step-brother, Gene.

The family will not hold public services.
