Johnnie Joseph Castile

Johnnie Joseph Castile, age 81, of Vidor, Texas passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. He was born in Little Rock, AR, on October 19, 1941, to James Melton Castile and Lillie Bell McCain.

Left to honor his memory is his brother, Eddie Castile; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Lois L. Seigrist, Louise Hazeslit, Mayola Castile, Mary Lewis, Susie Irvine, and Rose Seigrist; and brothers, Jimmy Castile, James William Castile, and Albert Castile.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 1, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church Vidor. Johnnie’s life honoring funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 1, 2023, First Baptist Church Vidor, with Bro. Terry Wright officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
