Jimmy Dale Sparks

Jimmy Dale Sparks, age 57, left this world too soon but left behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Born on April 8, 1968, to Jimmy Sparks and Kathleen Chisum, Dale lived his life in a way only he could—on "Jimmy Dale time." He was late to everything but somehow always managed to be the first to leave, moving to the beat of his own drum with a spirit that was undeniably his own.

Tenderhearted, sentimental, and loving, Dale had a way of making everyone feel welcome and valued. He never hesitated to say "I love you," reminding those around him that they mattered. He was a friend to all, with an easygoing nature that made people feel at home in his presence. Down to earth and full of life, Dale found joy in the simplest things—hunting, fishing, sharing a laugh, and indulging in his favorite Dr. Pepper and Taco Bell.

An electrician by trade, Dale had a knack for fixing things, both in his work and in the lives of those around him. His warmth, kindness, and sense of humor made even the toughest days a little brighter.

While he may have stepped away too soon, his legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew him. Jimmy Dale Sparks was one of a kind, and his absence will be deeply felt.

Left to honor his memory is his daughter, Cassidee Sparks; sons, Blaine Sparks and Jesse Sparks; brother, Roger McGuire; sister, Dana Bush and significant other, David Broussard; parents, Kathleen and Roger McGuire; granddaughter, Amory Sparks; aunt, Jeanette Freeman and husband Joe; nieces, Brinlee Bush, Annie McGuire, and Katie McGuire; cousins, Doug, Joe, and Beth; best friend, Anna Sparks; beloved dog, Zeus; and a host of extended family, friends, and loved ones.

Preceding Dale in death are his father, Jimmy Sparks and paternal grandparents, Mertie and Preston Sparks.
