Jarrell Wood Perricone

Jarrell Wood Perricone came to Earth on April 1st, 1955, and left for his Heavenly home on March 4th, 2023.

Jarrell was a loving father and grandfather to many. He was fond of his time in law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff for Newton County for several years, and was a lifelong apprenticed welder by trade. Gardening was his favorite hobby and he delighted in tending to his garden every year. Jarrell also enjoyed sneaking off to fish or hunt whenever he could. He loved being a servant in the Kingdom of God and relished his time in prison ministry, Bondage Breakers Ministry, and the opportunities given to him by the Lord to serve those around him.

Left to honor his memory is his wife and the love of his life, Brenda Perricone; children, Andrew Perricone and wife, Meagan and Jimmy Perricone and wife, Jessica; brother, Eddie Wood and wife, Jackie; sisters, Judy and Ginger Hawkins; adopted of heart children, Tristan Duane and wife, Chelsea, Destin Smith and wife, Faith, Aaron Rios, and Luis Suarez; grandchildren, Azlynn Perricone, Jordan Perricone, and Jacy Perricone; adopted of heart grandson, Archer Smith; and a host of extended family friends and loved ones.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Sylvester Ted and Mary Bernice Perricone; beloved, Richard C. Wood; maternal grandparents, A. L. Walker and Lizzie Walker; and paternal grandparents, Phillip and Marie Perricone.

Visitation with family and friends will be Wednesday, March 8, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m, One City Church, 2350 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont, TX. Services celebrating the life of Jarrell will be on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., also at the church, with Pastor Randy Feldschau officiating. Burial will follow service at Magnolia Cemetery.
