James "Jim" Keynoth Price

James Keynoth Price, 50, of Lumberton, TX passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018. Jim, as he was affectionally known, was born on Saturday, July 27, 1968 to his loving parents, James William Price and Anna Ruth Young in Silsbee, TX.

Jim had a “big heart”, he was kind, loving and never met a stranger. He would gladly give you the shirt off his back. He was a great tinkerer who had a keen ability to transform hidden treasures found on the side of the road into something useful once again. He really could rebuild anything- just ask Tammy about her one-of-a-kind Dyson/Dirt Devil/Oreck vacuum cleaner! Jim was a man of actions instead of words, but he had a remarkable ability to make sure you knew you were loved.

Jim is Preceded in death by his loving mother Anna Ruth Price; his brother Larry Dean Price; and his precious grandchild Keston Michael Morgan.

Left to honor Jim’s memory is his father James William Price; his love and life partner Tammy Shelton; his children, Lindsey Spencer and husband Caleb, Weston Morgan and fiancée Katlyn Frank, and Shaphan LaFleur; his siblings, Sheila Dunn and husband Greg, Wayne Orsak, Loretta Peavy and husband Devin, and Kim Challie; his grandchildren, Ethan LaFleur and Emma LaFleur; and his step-grandchildren, Karlee Ledbetter, Braylee Ledbetter, and Haylee “Tadpole” Ledbetter.

A life honoring graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Frank's Branch Cemetery in Fred, Texas.
