Donald Joseph Droll

Donald Joseph Droll, age 86, of Beaumont, Texas passed on Friday, October 14th, 2022. He was born January 19th, 1936, in San Angelo, TX to Joseph Frank and Frances Beyer Droll.

Left to honor his memory are sons, Darryl R. Droll, and wife, Caron, of Orange, TX, David M. Droll and wife, MacKenzie, of Conroe, TX; daughters, Cheryl Westmoreland, and husband, Gordon, of Kingwood, TX, Melinda Metz, and husband, Erwin “Sonny”, of Manvel, TX; sisters, Clare Schniers of Ballinger, TX and Doris Higgins of Waldorf, MD; grandchildren, Blair Westmoreland and spouse, Jenn, Adam Westmoreland, Travis Westmoreland, Elizabeth Westmoreland, David Perez and spouse, Duane, Paula Metz and significant other, Celina, Dawson Droll, MacKenna Droll, Asher Droll, Ashtynn Droll, Ryan Droll, Julia Droll, Sabrina Droll, Luke Delahoussaye, and Landon Delahoussaye; great-grandchildren, Alivia Westmoreland, Harvey Mata, and Niklaus Perez; and a host of dear friends, extended family, and loved ones.

Preceding Donald in death are his parents, and his beloved wife, Janet Davenport Droll.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Saint Helen Catholic Church, 8105 FM1442, Orange, TX 77630. Funeral mass will begin at 11:00 a.m., also at the church, with Fr. Michael Strother officiating. A graveside committal will be Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., St. Joseph's Cemetery, Rowena, TX, with Msgr. Larry Droll officiating.
