Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Cindy and Kendall Westfall; and daughter, Mackenzie Carrier.
Preceding Crystal in death is her sister, Mallery Marie Sullivan-Cabrera.
Crystal will be laid to rest at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
