Connie Singley Obituary

Connie Louise Singley, age 72, of Hemphill, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026. She was born on May 30, 1953 to James Raymond Hoke and Helen Louise Martin.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Edward Raymond "Bubba" Powell and wife, Chae; brothers, Christopher Michael Hoke and James Kyler "Jimmy" Hoke; sister in law, Debbie Hoke; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family, friends, and loved ones.

Preceding Connie in death are her parents; husband, William "Wild Bill" Singley; brothers, James Kevin Hoke and Horace Edward Hoke; and sister, Georgia Kay Moss.
