Calvin McCormick

Funeral services for Calvin McCormick, 86, of Lumberton will be 11:00 am, Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Lumberton Family Funeral Home in Lumberton, TX. Visitation will be from 10:00 am Saturday until time of service. The family will have a private burial following the service.

McCormick passed away on May 13, 2024, and lived most of his life in Beaumont and Silsbee before moving to Lumberton 17 years ago. He spent several years in logistics as a Branch Manager during his professional career. He was a doting husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Mr. McCormick was preceded in death by his loving wife, Chris McCormick; step-daughter, Reva Dalton; parents, Laura Mae and John D. McCormick; brothers, J.R. and Wayne McCormick; and sister, Bernadine McCormick.

Survivors include his; sons David McCormick of Cypress, TX; Darrell McCormick of Magnolia, TX; Lee McCormick of Montgomery, TX; daughter Penny Marie Foreman of White Bluff, TN; stepchildren Donelle Sisson of Natchitoches LA; Luther Tilley of DeRidder LA; Belinda Tilley of Merryville LA; and Opal Brock of Webster KY; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, 2 of which carry his name forward.

Calvin will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
