Obituary
Bro. Jack Edward Price, 72, of Kountze, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022. Bro. Jack was born in Corpus Christi on February 28, 1950 to Albert and Mary Price.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Marilyn (Aiena) Price; his daughter, Darci (Price) Piel and husband Jason; his sister, Kathy Parkman and husband Larry, as well as numerous friends, loved ones, and extended family.
Bro. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers, Bobby Price and John David Price.
Bro. Jack was a Vietnam Veteran and served in the Army.
He worked many years at Mobil Oil in the machine shop and continued to cherish the friendships made there. He retired from Mobil Oil after 23 years.
Bro. Jack was also an ordained minister. He loved serving the Lord. Bro. Jack brought many to know Jesus in their heart.
When he wasn’t ministering, he was at the lake fishing. A fishing day was always a good day. He also enjoyed hunting with his dear friend Donnie Walton.
The family also wishes to extend a special thank you those serving as pallbearers for Jack: Donnie Walton, Danny Golden, Tommy Worry, Joey Pierce, Jimmy Smith, Mickey Whitley, and honorary pallbearer Phillip Watkins.
