Britany Renae (Pellerin) Esquivel

Britany Renae Reed Esquivel, age 31, of Groves, TX, passed away on October 7, 2025. She was born to Donald Pellerin and Lisa Chambers on February 2, 1994, in Port Arthur, TX.

A radiant soul, whose kindness and freedom of heart left a mark on others. Britany was constant and thorough, always protective of those she held dear. Her love for her children was deep, and she cherished every moment spent with them. An outdoors girl through and through, being near water was a sanctuary, and she found much peace at the beach. She was the best sister. Her bond with her brother was one of pure affection and laughter. To him, she was "Boo Boo," and he was her "Bubba", nicknames that carried a lifetime of shared memories, inside jokes, and unwavering support. Life’s challenges never dimmed her spirit; instead, they revealed her toughness and grace. She did her best to pour that same strength into her marriage with Steven, whom she wed on Valentine’s Day in 2023. Their love was rooted in deep conversations and the simple joy of grilling a ribeye together. Britany took care of Steven with a tenderness that spoke volumes, she was his partner, his confidante, and his greatest cheerleader, she even would put his socks on for him. Her presence was a gift, and her love a shelter. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of her family, her babies, her Bubba, and all who were lucky enough to know her. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.

Left to honor Britany's memory is her daughter, Emalee Reed; son, Dawson Erickson; mother, Lisa Stanaland and husband, Chuck; father, Donald Pellerin; husband, Steven Esquivel; brother, Cody "Bubba" Pellerin; sisters, Suzanne Stanaland, Lexie Stanaland, and Tara Dry; Memaw Brenda Beavers; Uncle Robert Green; and a host of extended relatives and friends.
