Beatrice "Nobie Jean" Estelle Rogers Cobb

Previous resident of Angie, Louisiana, Beatrice Cobb, wife of the late Joseph Cobb, passed away in the early morning of August 24, 2025. Beatrice moved to Lumberton, Texas in 2020, where she enjoyed getting pedicures, Starbucks, and eating veggie fajitas with family. She enjoyed traveling all over Texas, although she missed Angie very much.

Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Barbara Martin and Shelby Martin of Bogalusa, Louisiana; brother, Earl Rogers and Carol Rogers of Angie, Louisiana; children, Letisha Smith and Rusty Smith of Hammond, Louisiana, Heath Cobb of Angie, Louisiana, and Tanya Cowart and David Cowart of Lumberton, Texas; grandchildren, Macy Johnston and Taylor Johnston, Heather Wiggins and Kirk Wiggins, all of Angie, Louisiana, Dakota Cobb and Kelsey Cobb of Mounty Herman, Louisiana, David Cowart, Myra Cowart, Jonathan Cowart, Morgan Britt and Taylor Britt, and Jodi Garland and Andrew Garland, of Lumberton, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Cobb; mother, Estelle Rogers; and siblings, Maurice Rogers and Shirley Jenkins.

Cremation has been entrusted to Lumberton Family Funeral Home.
