Ashley Rene Puckitt

Ashley Rene Puckitt, age 31, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024. Ashley was born on May 26, 1993, in Houston, TX to Alton Eugene and Leslie Puckitt.

A remarkably talented woman whose musical gifts touched the hearts of many. From a young age, Ashley's life was steeped in melody and harmony, beginning at her home church, Calvary Temple, where she sang alongside her daddy. Her strong memory and innate talent made her one that never shied from singing for others. Ashley's musical journey did not stop at vocals. She became an accomplished clarinetist, a testament to her dedication and passion for music. Her talent and hard work earned her a coveted position in the Symphony of Southeast Texas. Ashley 's legacy is one of music, love, and dedication. Her presence and sweet spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace, Ashley—your music will live on in our hearts.

Left to honor her memory is her father, Alton E. Puckitt; brothers, Steve Puckitt, Rick Puckitt, and Ronnie Puckitt; and a host of extended family, friends, and loved ones.

Preceding her in death is her brother, Bobby Puckitt, and sister, Terry Puckitt.

Ashley’s life honoring graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 25, 2024, at Daniels Cemetery, Kountze, TX 77625.
