Alexis Moriah Abbott, age 27, passed away on October 1, 2019. Alexis was born on April 24, 1992 to John Toby Abbott and Anita Louise Coker.

Left to honor her memory are her parents; brother, Devin Abbott; sister, Khristian Abbott and wife, Anna Taya Matthews; grandparents, John Abbott and Mylee Coker; nephew, Connor Abbott; aunts, Bee Coker and Wendy Abbott; cousin, Marcus Haizlid; and a host of extended family, friends and loved ones.

Alexis is preceded in death by her brother, Bret Coker; great-grandmother, Lillian Abbott; grandmother, Wanda Pantallion; stepfather, Chris Matthews; and grandfather, James Deshazo.

Visitation for family and friends will be Monday, October 7, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Lumberton Family Funeral Home, 766 S. Main St., Lumberton, TX. Life honoring funeral service for Alexis will be Monday, October 7, 2019 beginning at 2:00 p.m. also at Lumberton Family Funeral Home. Internment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont, TX.
