Stanley P. Hoffpauir

Stanley P. Hoffpauir, 84, of Beaumont, TX went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 11, 2017. Stanley was born on March 18, 1933 in Crowley, LA to O.B. and Irine Hoffpauir. Stanley loved piano’s; he tuned them, repaired them and most of all, he played them. Stanley played the piano for almost 80 years. He was a skilled musician and loved to play at church and at home; he would reminisce about playing “Songs of the Gallery” on the front porch at home. You could often find him sitting at the baby grand piano in the lobby of Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. Stanley’s ability to play the piano and his love of music will be his legacy. Stanley worked for Carrier as a diagnostician on commercial air conditioning units. He travelled so extensively that he was a million-mile driver for Carrier. Stanley is preceded in death by the love of his life, Elizabeth Jeanette Hoffpauir; and a daughter, Deborah Glenn Hoffpauir. Stanley is survived by a son, Stanley Kevin Hoffpauir; a daughter, Marcie Lynd, and husband, Steve; grandchildren, Crystal McGill, and husband, Christopher, Orion, Lucas, and Kharissa Lynd; a sister, Elizabeth Madden; as well as numerous other family members and friends. He was a man of God, full of Grace and Mercy. God gifted him playing the piano, blessing all those gathered around him. “…Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven.” Matt. 5:16
