Rebecca Burch, age 66, passed away on May 13, 2019. She was born in Beaumont, TX on April 2, 1953 to Carol Joe Jackson and Elsie Louise Simmons and raised by Royce Joe Whitehead and Betty Lou Whitehead.

Left to honor her memory is her son, Allen Burch Houston; mother, Betty Lou Whitehead of Lumberton, TX; nieces, Lexa Roberts of Beaumont, TX, Carol Seago and husband, Derek of Orange, TX; sister, Jeannette Harrell of Beaumont, TX; grandchildren, Rebecca Burch; great nieces and nephews, Isabella and Noah Roberts, Jameson and Makenna Seago.

Rebecca is preceded in death by her birth parents, father and brother, Percy Velmez.
