Mary Alice Marino-Snider

Mary Alice Marino-Snider, age 76, of Lumberton, TX, Passed away on June 29, 2018. She was born to Victor and Katherine Marino on January 29th, 1942 in Beaumont, TX.

Mary was a life long south east Texan and a member of the Infant Jesus Church located in Lumberton, TX, where she was faithful to her church and belief. Mary was the glue that kept the family together throughout the greatest storms. Not a day went by that “momma” didn’t put a pot of coffee on and stop everything that was going on to have a chat with her kids. She was a great friend and a wonderful mother.

Left to honor her memory are her loving husband, Frank Snider; brother, Henry Marino; sister, Fran Marino; sons, Paul Teutsch, Mark Teutsch and fiancee Jeanita Leblanc, Kenneth Teutsch and wife, Jolene, Jack Bruner; daughter, Michelle Massey; daughter-in-law, Tanya Revia; grandchildren, April Wilson, Marcus Teutsch, David Teutsch-Leblanc, Savannah Teutsch, Jonathan Olsen, and Tobye Olsen; great-grandchildren, Marcus Teutsch Jr., Kaydence Leblanc, Alix Wilson, Charlize Berwick and Ethan Berwick.

Preceding Mary in death were her parents; son, Judas Massey; brothers, Vincent Marino, Tony Marino, Joe Marino, Jake Marino, Pete Marino; sisters, Laura Celeste, Rosalie Hayles.

Visitation with family and friends will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., with a rosary service at 6:00 p.m.,  on Thursday, July 5th, 2018 at Lumberton Family Funeral Home at 766 S. Main, Lumberton, TX, 77657. A life honoring funeral mass will be held at Infant Jesus Catholic Church in Lumberton, TX will be held at 10am on Friday, July 6th, 2018. The burial will be at Houston National Cemetery on Monday, July 9th, 2018 at 1:30pm.

For those wishing to attend the burial at Houston National Cemetery please arrive no later than 1:30pm on Monday, July 9th, 2018 as the VA scheduling is very prompt and services are scheduled to begin at exactly 1:45pm. You will need to be in Lane 2 if you are in your vehicle.
