Judy Carolyn (Wiggins) Brown, age 71, stepped from this life into the loving arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, April 30, 2018.
She was a loving and faithful wife for 53 years, a devoted and incredible mother, a joyful, proud Nana, and a loyal friend and sister. She was her children’s and grandchildren's biggest fan. She was an excellent cook, an avid reader, and greatly enjoyed playing games with her sisters, kids, and grandkids. She loved Hallmark movies and NCIS marathons. She attended First Assembly of God in Jonesboro, LA, where she faithfully served the Lord for 41 years. She lived her faith every day with a quiet strength that could always be counted on. Her beautiful smile and kind spirit will be remembered by everyone who knew her. She lived her life with complete faith in the Lord Jesus and leaves a legacy of love, faith, and family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Eldred and Vassie Wiggins; her children, Betsey Earline, Joseph Clinton, and Bridget Amanda; her sister, Fae Nunn, and her brothers, D.W and Huey Brown, Bryan Ward, and Lamar McCardle.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, David L. Brown; her son, Dave (Kim) Brown, her daughter, Johanna (Michael) Moak, her nine grandchildren: Jonathan (Katie), Stephen (Becca), Sarah, Ethan Riess, and Savannah Brown, Micah, Malachi, Maddox, and Emerson Moak; her 4 great-grandchildren: Bensyn Davy, Maycee, Ava, and Rowan Brown; her sisters Betty Ward, Wanda McCardle, Joyce (Donald) Grisham, and Beth (Warren) Wheat; her brothers Ernest (Shirley) Brown, Russell (Eddalee) Brown, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that were like family.
The Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm At Little Rock Assemby of God, 5970 Hwy 326 N., Kountze, Texas 77625.
Services Honoring the Life of Judy C. Brown will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 2:00pm at Little Rock Assembly of God. Interment will follow immediately at Old Hardin Cemetery, Kountze, Texas.
