Jeremy Michael Smith, age 47, passed away on July 21, 2019. He was born in Cherry Point, NC on November 26, 1971. Jeremy loved his family very much and cared deeply for them.  He was known for having a big heart and being a very kind person. He was a very generous person who spoiled the love of his life, Brenda, every chance he got. His love not only went out to his human family, but also to his pets. In his high school days playing football and participating in track & field events was what he enjoyed.  Jeremy also loved being outside where he spent many days hunting and fishing in the great outdoors. He loved his sister Allison and step-daughter Angel without end. 

Left to honor his memory are his children, Shelby Taylor Smith of Spurger, TX., Taylor Michael Smith of Kountze, TX.; loving girlfriend, Brenda Aiken of Spurger, TX.; granny, Rose Marie Smith of Spurger, TX.; beloved aunt and uncle , Rebecca Taylor and husband Tom of Spurger, TX.; step daughter, Angel Risinger of Silsbee, TX.; beloved sister, Allison Taylor of Vidor, TX.; five grandchildren; niece, Kayleb Grace Zebley of Vidor, TX.; beloved uncle & aunt, Rick and Beth Smith of Florida and father (Robert) Bert Smith.

Preceded in death by his mother, Mary Alice Sanders; and his brother, Jason Scott Smith.
