Jeremy Scott Davis

Jeremy Scott Davis, 41, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018.  Jeremy was born on July 26, 1976 in Beaumont, Texas.  He was a graduate of Buna High School in 1995 and worked at Walson Inc., as an equipment technician.  Jeremy was described by family as a man who was “dependable, loved animals, had a large capacity for love, and would always place the needs of others above his own.”  His aunt quoted “You can judge a person’s character and soul by the way they treat animals” and she said this was Jeremy.   Jeremy was a gentle soul that will be deeply missed by those privileged to know him.

Jeremy is preceded in death by his father, Patrick Wallace, of Lumberton; grandparents, Brian and Waneta Clark, of Buna, and Derward and Bertha Davis of Port Neches; a sister, Kristal Coker; and an uncle, Alvin Davis.

Jeremy is survived by his mother, Donna Clark Wallace, of Lumberton; his father, Eugene Davis, and wife Callie, of Buna; brothers, Jason Davis, and wife, Alysia, of Sour Lake, Ryan Wallace, of Beaumont, Brian Wallace, and wife, Whitney, of Buna, Patrick Wallace, and wife, Nancy, of McKinney, Byron Wallace, and wife, Ellen, of McKinney, and Danny Davis, and wife, Donna, of Vidor; sisters, Tara Davis, of Houston, and Alyse Davis, of Huntsville; eleven nieces and nephews, and three great nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other family members, and friends.

The Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Buna United Pentecostal Church, Buna, Texas.  Funeral Services Honoring the Life of Jeremy Davis will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 10:00am at Buna United Pentecostal Church.  Interment will follow immediately at Antioch Cemetery, Buna, Texas.

Serving the family as Pallbearers will be Jason Davis, Ryan Wallace, Brian Wallace, Patrick Wallace, Byron Wallace, Danny Davis, and Trent Grissom.
