David Benjamin Green

David Benjamin Green, 49, of Beaumont, TX passed away on Monday September 3, 2018. David was born on November 27, 1968 to his loving parents Ruben and Bobbie Green. David was a gentle soul who loved joking around. He inherited a sweetness from his mother and a playfulness from his father, he was truly their son. Family was the center of David’s existence, once he became a father his life became more defined than it had ever been. He loved all types of cars and had even tried his hand at turning wrenches on a few engines. David enjoyed outdoor sports or you could find him fishing or crabbing when given the chance. David lived a simple life, but he lived it full of love and that meant all the world.

Left to cherish the memory of David Benjamin Green is his parents Ruben and Bobbie Green; his children, Misty Green, Michael Green, and Melissa Green; his sister Cheryl Moore and husband James; his nieces and nephews, Daniel Moore, Julianna Moore, and Joel Moore; and numerous friends and loved ones.

The family will receive friends and family for a time of visitation from 5-7 p.m. on Friday September 7, 2018 at Gospel Tabernacle in Beaumont, TX. A service honoring the life of David Green will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday September 8, 2018 at Gospel Tabernacle in Beaumont, TX immediately followed by a burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Beaumont, TX.
