Albert Lee Carroll

1941 - 2019

Albert Lee Carroll, age 78, passed away on May 5, 2019. He was born in January 15, 1941 in Loraine, OH to Kenneth David Carroll and Ida Harris.

Fun, loving, and a jokester, Albert was truly an amazing man. His life revolved around and for his family, everything He did was for them. He made precious memories while teaching Brenda how to work on cars and garden and during the last fourteen years while Cristina helped care for him. Most Saturdays during Brenda and Cristina’s childhood were spent on the lake with their Dad, He was doing what He loved with the people He loved. At the age of 23, in March of 1964 Albert married a then 19, Jimmie Ann on the first day of spring and they enjoyed fifty-five beautiful years of laughter and love. His favorite shows to watch were westerns or classic cartoons, like Tom and Jerry and The Looney Tunes, curled up on the couch with his cats, Snowball and Tiger “Tom”, Albert was in his happy place. He loved God and he loved his family, and there will never be another one like him.

Left to honor his memory is his loving wife of 55 years, Jimmie Ann Carroll; daughters, Cristina Carroll and Brenda Brown and husband, Andrew; sisters, Dana Faye Cherry and Denise Cherry; grandchildren, Amber, Jasmine and Allison; and many other friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sons, Bobby Carroll, Robbie Carroll; brother, Kenneth Carroll; sisters, Linda Terry, Alberta Douglas and Joann Lewis.
