Roy Mayfield

Roy Glenn Mayfield Sr. was born on March 6, 1954 in New Braunfels, Texas to Jimmy Mayfield and Helen McCloud. He passed peacefully at home next to his loving wife of 41 years, Judith Mayfield. Roy was known for his strong faith in the Lord and being an all around fun, loving guy.

Left to cherish his memory are his beautiful wife Judith Mayfield; his 7 children Karen and MoMo Miller of Morgan’s Point, Glendy and Ricky Smith of Lumberton, Roy Jr and Amanda Mayfield of Rockdale, Taffiny and James Burt of Hearne, Carrie and Robert Dechaume of Lumberton, Randy and Shannon Mayfield of LaBelle, Tommye and Patrick Cain of Lumberton; 28 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, and many other friends and family members.

Roy was a member of the Apostolic Church of Lumberton, 1085 S. LHS Dr. Lumberton, Tx 77657, where his services will be held on February 22, 2020 at 2pm with a balloon release shortly after.
