Bryant Wayne Freeman, 68, of Vidor, passed away on September 14, 2021. Bryant was born on June 30, 1953 to Curtis Paul Freeman and Estel Freeman in Silsbee. Growing up Bryant was blessed with a large family and this likely contributed to his outgoing personality that labeled him an incorrigible flirt later in life. A true country boy, Bryant loved to hunt, fish and go camping- especially if he could take his son with him. Bryant spent his life smiling and making friends with everyone around him, but there was no closer friend in his life that his ex-wife and best friend Joyce who was a constant companion for him over the years. A kind soul and a real character, those that knew Bryant referred to him by many names in his later years such as Baby and Batman- but everyone who knew him truly enjoyed their interactions with Bryant. His charm will be missed by all who knew him, and his memory will not soon be forgotten.
Left to cherish his memory is his best friend and life-long companion Joyce Freeman; his son Bryant Jason Freeman and wife Niccole; his sister Essie Lou Messer; and a host of caregivers, friends and extended family members.
Bryant is preceded in death by his parents, Curtis “Pappy” Freeman and Estel “Big Momma” Freeman; his siblings, Vallie Freeman, Mildford Freeman, Bill Freeman, and Lera Herrington.
In lieu of flowers the family asks you to donate to the cost of services for Bryant.
