Truman Lowery

Truman James Lowery Jr, 74, died Monday January, 29, 2018 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont Texas. Born and raised in Stephenville, TX and Port Arthur, TX.

Mr. Lowery was a carpenter by trade who loved to play the harmonica and guitar with his son. He also loved to fish and tell fishing stories. He had an infectious laugh and loved entertaining the great grand babies. He was creative with his hands. He made a walking cane that went everywhere with him that drew lots of attention.

He leaves behind his sister Daphney Skelton and her husband Tom Rann; Brother Bobby Fails, and wife Marie. He has three sons; Kevin Collier and his wife Bonnie, Patrick Lowery and his wife Betty, and Ricky Lowery. He has ten great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and close friends.

A graveside service will be held February 1, 2018 at 2:00pm at Restlawn Cemetery in Vidor, TX.

In lieu of flowers, Mr. Lowery would like donations made to St. Judes.
