Thomas William Jackson

Thomas William Jackson, 71, of Lumberton, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015. He was a member of Calvary Temple of Lumberton. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hunting and camping. He was a painter. He loved animals and working on the farm. He enjoyed listening to gospel music. During his stay at the nursing home in Silsbee, he visited with First Assembly of Silsbee.

He is survived by his wife and companion, Glenda Ozan of Lumberton; son, Samuel Jackson of Houston; step-son, Randy White and wife Venus of Lumberton; half-sister, Mary Weso of Nepoit, Wisconsin.

The family will receive friends at Lumberton Family Funeral Home on Sunday June 28, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. The funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2015 at Calvary Temple of Lumberton, officiated by Reverend Archie Boyett, Reverend Clifford Crain and Reverend Michael Moak. Interment will follow at Bean Cemetery in Kirbyville.

Serving as pallbearers will be Squire Richie, Clarence Hinson, Robert Trahan, Hunter Wright, Jim Fink and Travis Conley.
