Shirley D. Coleman

Shirley Dean Coleman, 56, of Lumberton, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016 at her childhood home. Shirley was born in Many, LA to Robert and Bobbie Ferguson on March 16, 1960. She was a graduate of Lumberton High School. She worked for Beaumont Rice Mill for the past 19 years.

Shirley is preceded in death by her father, Robert Ferguson and uncles, Wayman Ferguson, Eldry Ferguson, Norman Ferguson, Nick Westfall and Richard Westfall.

Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Nolan LeBlanc; children, Lisa Coleman, Paul Coleman and wife, Misty, Ashley Barrow and husband, Michael, Josh Polley, Chris Polley, Crystal LeBlanc, Anthony LeBlanc and Lucas LeBlanc; brother, Robert Ferguson and wife, Danita; mother, Bobbie Ferguson; nephews, Daniel Ferguson and Michael Ferguson; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Her family will receive friends at Lumberton Family Funeral Home 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 23, 2016. The funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Lumberton Family Funeral Home, Officiated by Reverend Ray McNames. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park of Beaumont.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kendall Westfall, Michael Barrow, Mike Wilson, Joe Broussard, Paul Coleman, Jr., Scott Coleman and Joseph Polk.
