I loved my Aunt Ramona dearly. She and my Uncle Marion were the best family anyone could have. I don't remember my Dad, Morris, because he died when I was so young, but she always filled my heart with good stories, as did Marion.
She always had me laughing with a good story.
I will always think of her with loving thoughts and miss her.

Dear Rob , Debbie and all who cared for and loved her
,The last of many generations of one of the Pockrus family has left us. Her family’s ancestors left South Carolina, trekked to Jackson, Alabama and after losing 3 of their brothers in the strife of the southern rebellion, split up. One sister went to Texas, and 3 brothers went west. Two stayed in Texas, and one went with a wagon train of 19 to Arkansas and Louisiana. This last group eventually settled over the Oklahoma territory and into Texas. It was here that Geraldine Ramona was born and learned to work hard. She was one of 10 children and watched over her younger twin brothers, fighting their battles and caring for them as all worked hard during the depression. She married and adopted her children who were her joy. Her nephews and nieces were close in age so they were a family that visited much and shared everything. She has missed seeing the family as she has slipped into the twilight of her life but has enjoyed the constant love and support of her son Rob and his wife, Debbie, who saw her weekly or more often. She will be missed and remembered as the family member who loved to laugh and jitterbug with the twins. See ya “ Later on” Sis.
