Linda Kay (Elsey) Woods

Linda Kay Woods, 69 of Beaumont, Tx went home to be with her Lord and Savior suddenly on June 9, 2016. She was born on November 2, 1946 to Calvin Keith Elsey and Louella Jean Elsey in Huntsville, Arkansas. She was a resident of Beaumont, Tx for 35 years. Linda worked for Pine Burr Baptist Church for many years. She was also a homemaker and supporter for her family and many others.

Survivors include her son Ricky D. Woods and his wife Kathy; daughters Christina J. Woods, and Brittany A. Scheer; grandchildren, Casey L. O'Neal, Bailey Woods, Mark G. Scheer Jr, and Brendan C. Scheer; brother Windell Elsey; and many nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death with her husband Richard L. Woods, mother & father, and brother Lyndol Elsey.

There will be a memorial service held Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 11:00am at Impact Church located at 4450 Crow Rd, Beaumont, TX 77706, officiated by Nathan O'Neal.
