John "Cody" Craigen

John “Cody” Craigen, 36, of Woodville, formerly of Fannett, passed away Friday December 2, 2016.  Cody was a member of the graduating class of 1998. He was an outdoorsman and he loved to fish and riding bull in area rodeos. He worked as a ranch hand for a brief time. Cody always had a smile on his face.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie Roy Jr. and Dianne Craigen.

He is survived by his brother, Jason Craigen and wife, Rachel of Warren; aunts, Mary Clubb and husband, Ira of Pine Ridge, Gloria Craigen of LaBelle, Lisa Craigen of Fannett; uncles, Robert Scott and wife Dena of Kirbyville, Alvin Craigen and wife, Pam of Fannett, Jerry Craigen of Fannett, and Harold Craigen of Dallas; Niece Hailey Craigen and numerous cousins.

A funeral mass is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 10, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Fannett, officiated by Reverend Tim McClintock.
