Hazel Lee (Husbands) Lindsey

Hazel Lee Husbands Lindsey, 85, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017.  Hazel was born on July 15, 1932 to Johnny E. and Culie Husbands in Call, Texas.  Hazel worked for Sommer Drug Store and White House in Beaumont as a cosmetic specialist.

Hazel is preceded in death by her parents, Johnny E. & Culie Husbands; brothers, J.V. Husbands, O.C. Husbands, and Johnny E. Husbands, Jr.: and a sister, Elaine Husbands.

Hazel is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, W.W. “Bill” Lindsey; a twin brother, Mike Husbands, and wife, Juanita; a sister, Culie Faye Stott, and husband, Bernard; sisters-in-law, Cliffie Husbands, and Dorothy Husbands; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from 9am to 11am in the Chapel at Lumberton Family Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held following the visitation at 11am in the Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow immediately at Trout Creek Cemetery in Call, Texas.

Serving the family as pallbearers will be, Don Husbands, Terry Husbands, J.W. Auman, Richard Avery, Drew Dubois, Brady Dickerson, Eddie Dickerson, Tyler Webb, and Josh McCullar
